Lo and behold! I have cauliflower!

I left the cauliflower plants in, even though I thought it was too late (too hot) for them to form the flower, so the cabbage white butterflies could use the leaves as a host plant. Well those butterfly mamas went to town laying eggs. The caterpillars are quietly munching away, and those darn plants are producing nice flowers soon to be harvested and eaten. Wow!
